Once we understand the full picture, we’ll recommend an initial level for your Harbor Fund.
Your Harbor Fund is a dedicated project account that allows us to move forward without constant invoices, approvals, or interruptions. The fund is established at a particular level at the beginning of the project, depending on the amount of work involved.
As work progresses, agreed services and expenses are drawn from your Harbor Fund while we keep you informed with regular updates. Our goal is to keep the work moving, so you don’t have to manage every detail.
Once your Harbor Fund is established, you hand us the keys, and we take it from there.
We’ll work through the home with care and intention, sorting what matters, restoring order, preparing for what’s next, and carrying the countless practical responsibilities that come with caring for a home through times of change.
When the home has reached a place of stability, you’ll decide whether to continue with Stewardship or bring the project to a close.
